Megan, our first Chopper Chick, certainly liked our motorbikes. She really made them standout.
A while back we found a folder of her pictures that were lost in one of our moves. The following video was created from those pictures and is a tribute to Megan and her enjoyment of our Digger Bobbers.
Brass Balls’ Master Mechanic, Bryan, does some hot laps at the "Ponce de Leone" rest stop in Florida before the team personally delivers the custom-production Brass Balls’ Digger to its new home.
The Digger is awash in midnight black powder coat. Listen to the loping engine, checkout the aggressive stance and imagine what it would look like in your garage.
Dar Holdsworth, BossMan of Brass Balls Choppers & Bobbers, has added a new model, Emylee, our Bobber Babe. She fills the vacant high heels of the firm’s first Chopper Chick, Megan.
For the next year Emylee will not just be smiling in front of the camera, she will be attending events and showcasing new products for Brass Balls including parts, accessories and motorcycles. She presents an all American girl image that really makes an impact and sets off the motorcycle she is on.
Video - Emylee’s Photo Shoot
In the following video we see Emylee during her photo shoot at World Headquarters. She throws a leg over the Military Raffle Bike. The video was shot before the motocycle was given away at the Broken Spoke Saloon during the 2009 Biketoberfest rally in Daytona Beach, FLA. The proceeds were given to the Intrepid Wounded Herso Fund.

At the first of the year Barnett’s decided to look for the custom-production motorcycles that offer the best value in the marketplace. That’s where their idea for the “Big Bang for the Buck Bobber” article came from.
After an extensive evaluation they selected Brass Balls Bobbers’ Model 1 Digger Bobber as one of the top bikes because of the premium components and value price of just $15,995.
Premium components include:
Motor: H-D 80″ EVO natural finish
Exhaust: D&D Performance Enterprises black ceramic
Primary: Tauer Machine Warlord belt drive
Transmission: Baker Drivetrain, 5 Speed
Brakes: Wilwood performance 4 piston front and rear
Hand controls: Excel Components
Tires: Metezler ME 880’s (front 21″ x 90mm & rear 16″ x 150mm)
This silver 3:16 Classic Bobber has the good stuff. M. Yeager upgraded the base model with a Crazy Horse engine, hydraulic front end, Chopper Shox suspension seat.
Our Bobbers come equipped with D&D Performance Exhaust, Metzeler rubber, Tauer Warlord primary, Wilwood brakes, Wire-Plus speedo, Excel Components hand and foot controls and Baker transmission
