Rolling with Metzeler Tires

Darwin Motorcycles, manufacturer of Brass Balls Bobbers & Choppers, announced today that Metzeler is participating in the IronWorks Magazine / Brass Balls Giveaway Bobber by providing premium Metzeler rubber for the build.

This includes improved stability and performance, increased mileage and greater feedback from their custom-production motorcycle,” explained Chris Wall, Metzeler’s Director of Marketing.

Model1-cyclesource

Chris Callen, Editor of Cycle Source Magazine, took the Model 1S custom-production bobber for a spin while he was up in Sturgis this year. He liked what he saw in the value-priced bobber that features a brushed aluminum and black finish.

Details on the 69 Chopper

Thursday, September 10th, 2009

69 ChopperThe 69 Chopper was designed by Dar Holdsworth, Brass Balls’ BossMan. He was looking to develop a bike that contains unique, American made components that would standout in the crowd. In addition, it would provide significant value to the owner from a price and performance standpoint.

So late one night he got out his pen and paper and produced the design of the 69 Chopper. A few months later it was built and is now in production for the 2010 model year. The following are the details of the motorbike.

Since the release of the 69 Chopper people have been calling and sending emails and commenting on Facebook for more information. Listed below are detail shots, build sheet and video. Call the team at Brass Balls at 405-270-0995 to learn more.

The Brass Balls’ Model 1S is the very essence of our bikes, it’s built for an adrenaline rush and delivers outstanding performance in a Hot Rod inspired-package that out accelerates, out turns and out stops muscle cars.
